Once everything is configured for the MMS and your Control4 system please go navigate to the MCP driver , navigate to the Action buttons. -action buttons found under ‘C4-System Design → Properties → Actions'
-Under MCP Actions → start from the bottom up, waiting until each action goes ‘idle’ before moving onto the next.
If done properly your MMS should be in Control4 mode and your outputs assigned to reflect your Control4 amp/processor.
IE, use case, consider 2 - m801e’s, a total of 16 zones, zones 7 & 8 are pre-outs.
In Control4’s view one big Control4 views this as one amp, please configure your endpoints as such = Zones 1-16
if not using zone 7 and 8 on the first amp please continue to program your endpoints bindings for zone 9, 10 etc..
Considering amp drivers in Control4, in most applications you’ll only need 1 driver, if you have 2 or more amps the 1 driver will be able to see the other amps. You can confirm this by viewing the other MACs listed under the driver page. Autonomic Amp Driver under C4’s System Design view → properties → Amplifier MAC address.
Make sure to have both amps on the same System ID, by default they should both be on 'System ID -1',
You can find this detail by going to directly to the ampIP/Config page → Amplifier tab
C4 will take over the Autonomic Amps, there is no need to further modify ampIP/config settings.
