The Media Sync software generates a list of content based on the user’s configuration and sends it to MMS. If there is a communication error during the processing of that list, the Media Sync software will alert the user with this message. Causes include MMS being unable to process the list due to malformed data or storage issues on MMS. Please contact your dealer for further troubleshooting.
