Multilingual Character Support on MMSOS (UTF-8)

MMSOS fully supports UTF-8. Content that is synced or scanned on NAS that has non-Latin characters in its metadata is fully supported. Non-Latin characters in streaming services are fully supported. Viewing this data properly depends on the control client in use.

The following control modules or clients fully support UTF-8:

• MMS web interface

• Mirage iOS app

• Mirage Android app

• TuneBridge App (all platforms)

• RTI control module

• Control4 control modules

• URC control modules

• Crestron Smart Graphics

At the time of this writing, the following control modules or clients do not currently support UTF-8:

• Crestron SIMPL+ module

• AMX module
