UTF-8 Support
Multilingual Character Support on MMSOS (UTF-8)
MMSOS fully supports UTF-8. Content that is synced or scanned on NAS that has non-Latin characters in its metadata is fully supported. Non-Latin characters in streaming services are fully supported. Viewing this data properly depends on the control client in use.
The following control modules or clients fully support UTF-8:
MMS web interface
Mirage iOS app
Mirage Android app
TuneBridge App (all platforms)
RTI control module
Control4 control modules
URC control modules
Crestron Smart Graphics
At the time of this writing, the following control modules or clients do not currently support UTF-8:
Crestron SIMPL+ module
AMX module
