Support USB Utilities: Firmware Update, DHCP Reset, Factory Reset, Network Info, etc

The tools below can be used on the MMS via a USB drive.

Download the appropriate tool for the current situation and use the instructions below to apply the tool: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/w36m1el0d6erhml/AABP8cdRYCOhB-O5CgTzBdpla?dl=0

Place the file in the root directory of a name brand USB thumb drive. The thumb drive MUST be formatted with the FAT file system.

Insert the USB thumb drive into the front or rear panel of the MMS.

Wait for 30-60 seconds while the MMS runs the application, then remove the thumb drive.

If this is a factory reset or firmware update, leave the thumb drive in for about 5-10 minutes. If the server is on a firmware 3 or more years old, the firmware update can take some time.

The server will process the file and it may reboot after 3-5 minutes.

Check the USB thumb drive to verify that the tool was consumed. A text file may appear if the request was to get network information.
