  • My unit says that is it on the latest firmware, but it is not the firmware listed in the email.

    • If your unit is on firmware 5.35.20201005.0 or 5.35.20201124.0 then that means your unit is a Gen 1 aSeries. We will be porting the new interface to these units shortly.

  • Do I need to update my units prior to the Flash Deprecation?

    • No, the update can be applied at any time, additionally, the config page does not require flash and will still work after December 2020.

  • I can’t log in to dealer zone

    • Please provide your company name and email in the ticket and we will be happy to assist.
