To establish a new account with Autonomic, please fill out the dealer application, the credit card authorization form, and if desired the credit application for terms. Please note that your first order must be pre-paid via company credit card or check. If you are approved for credit terms, we will notify you of your approved terms and initial credit limit.
Once we have received your application package, we will provide you with dealer pricing information and access to our priority customer support portal.
