Transfer the ReQuest files to the MMS. To transfer the ReQuest files to the MMS see the ReQuestTransfer.vbs available on our downloads area for help with this.
Download the ReQuestFixer.exe file to a folder on a PC on the same network as the MMS. For our example, we will assume the ReQuestFixer is saved to "c:\temp"
Open a command prompt (Click Start->Run then type "CMD"). Hit <ENTER>. A black window should appear. Change to the directory where you saved the executable. (e.g. "cd c:\temp")
Type "ReQuestFixer.exe \\MMS\Music\" (Replace MMS with the IP address of your MMS). Hit <ENTER>
The ReQuestFixer should run against the .wav files on the MMS
After it is complete, test the .wav files to determine if the problem has been corrected.
