How to FTP files to Support
Our support team may ask you to submit files via our public FTP site. Instructions for this are as follows:
We recommend using an FTP client like Filezilla rather than using a browser.
Host: ftp://partners.autonomiccontrols.com
Username and password will be provided by our support team.
Once connected to the FTP server create a folder named after your case number, beginning with "SRX"
Copy the requested contents to the folder and upload the folder.
After the files have been uploaded, support must be notified via email to alert them that the files have been successfully uploaded.
