Sync Tool - Missing File

The Media Sync software reads the iTunes library and attempts to synchronize all the content per the user’s configuration. Once MMS and the Media Sync software have exchanged track lists, the Media Sync software will attempt to submit those files that MMS has requested. If a track is present in iTunes but the file is missing from the computer at the location iTunes expects, the Media Sync software cannot submit the file. If this occurs, the user will see an error in the UI of the Media Sync software indicating the track is not syncable. To address this issue, either remove the offending track from the iTunes library or repair the library by updating where it thinks the track is.
