MMS - Crestron - On Screen Display Navigation Commands
To use onscreen navigation on an MMS, you will first need to set the instance that is being controlled, using the command SetOSDInstance followed by the instance name (Main, Player_A, Player_B, Player_C, or Player_D)
For Example:
SetOSDInstance Main
SetOSDInstance Player_B
Next, you will need the command SendRemote <direction> where <direction> is up, down, left, right, or ok.
For example:
SendRemote Up
SendRemote OK
For press and hold on the d-pad commands, you can append the command with the suffix "_press", followed by "release". This will cause the OSD to scroll quickly after 1/2 second.
For Example:
SendRemote down_press
The scroll will be cancelled by sending a release command, or any other navigation command:
SendRemote release -or- SendRemote up_press
If using Crestron, send all commands through the TX$ on the MMS modules' TCP/IP client. Alternatively, send these commands directly to port 5004 on the serve
