SiriusXM Login "Authentication Error"

As of April 1st, 2021, SiriusXM will stop working on Generation 1 A Series units. These Gen 1 Units can have their operating system upgraded to Gen 2 OS, and that will restore SXM functionality.

Any authorized Autonomic dealer can perform this upgrade. We recommend you reach out to the integrator that originally installed the system for you. If you need assistance locating a dealer, please let us know your zip code and we would be happy to find a dealer in our network.
