Media won't upload or download from the MMS to the Amazon Cloud Drive

Problem Description

After successfully configuring the Amazon Cloud Sync feature and waiting at least 30 minutes, no content appears to be uploading or downloading to/from the Cloud Drive..

Possible Cause and Resolution

Recently, Amazon has been requiring a EULA agreement for uploading to the cloud drive.  This EULA agreement will only be visible when using a web browser on a PC and it triggers when the first file is uploaded.

Resolution

Log in to the customer's Amazon account from a PC that is on the same network as the MMS.  Upload any file to their Cloud Drive.  It can be any file such as a small text file.  Once the upload is triggered, the EULA will appear, can be agreed to, and uploaded.  You can delete the uploaded text file off the Cloud Drive at this point.

The customer's Cloud Drive account now knows that files coming from the public IP address of that customer's network are permitted.  If the customer has multiple locations, this process must be completed at each location.  The Cloud Drive needs the EULA agreement from every public IP address that touches it.

You should now see progress indicators under the Amazon Cloud Drive section of the Content tab of the MMS configuration page.
